Head Tennis Coach

To deliver all tennis related activities and programmes· Specific responsibilities:· To laise closely with administration staff and coaches· Prepare annual and monthly calender of events· Organize tournaments ,social events, friendly matches· Market and promote all programmes and activietes with in the programme· Implement and deliver new and excting programmes for clients.· Scheduling and monitoring coach and court usuage.· Handle client enquiries/complaints· Submit monhly finaincal reports· Meet revenue targets.· To ensure a high quality of instruction and service is delivered.·· Applicants should possess a high level of perosnal and motivational skills with the abilty to implement and deliver programmes to a broad demographic.· University degree in sports or managemnt· Relevant coaching certification.· Physically fit/ energetic with a positive attidude.· Min 5 years working in a club environment.· Elite playing and technical understanding of tennis.· Have passion for sport.
