Service Crew

What You'll Do:

• Ensure Hygiene and Safety: Follow personal, food, and beverage hygiene standards. Adhere to workplace safety and health policies.
• Customer Assistance: Attend to customers for collection, walk-in purchases, or dine-in. Respond promptly to email and social media inquiries.
• Maintain Service Area: Keep the service area and retail stock organized and well-maintained.
• Order Packing and Coordination: Assist in packing orders and coordinating deliveries.
• Support Sales and Marketing: Stay updated on sales and marketing activities. Process stockist orders and coordinate fulfillment.
• Manage Inventory: Maintain records of inventory and supplies. Ensure the latest products are updated in the POS system.
• Handle Events: Assist with planning and executing internal and external events. Set up and clean event spaces.
• Café Operations: Prepare and serve food and drinks. Ensure the café is stocked and clean. Handle cash and financial paperwork.
• Retail: Assiting customers with queries and curating bespoke chocolate collections to suit their needs.
