BRANCH MANAGER

Job Summary

The Branch Manager leads and manages sales consultants atthe Bukit Timah maid agency branch, driving sales target achievement andoperational excellence. Reporting to the Director, you will develop strategicplans, optimize sales forecasts, and foster strong relationships with internaland external stakeholders to grow the branch business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales consultants to achieve individual and overall branch sales targets assigned by the Director
• Develop and implement strategies to support sales consultants in meeting monthly sales goals by identifying their strengths and areas for improvement
• Analyze sales forecasts and implement actionable plans to enhance sales performance and accuracy
• Oversee proposals and contracts administration to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with company management, suppliers, workers, and customers to align efforts and drive sales success
• Maintain cohesive team dynamics while setting achievable sales targets for each sales consultant
• Provide direct support to sales consultants in resolving customer issues and managing complaints effectively
• Train and onboard newly joined sales consultants to ensure consistent performance standards
• Conduct annual performance appraisals for sales consultants to guide professional development and goal setting
• Assist the Director in developing and maintaining the company’s long-term strategic and annual business plans for the Bukit Timah branch
