Key Responsibilities,
- Create and maintain detailed 3D BIM models and 2D shop drawings for architectural, structural, or MEP services.
- Review and fix design conflicts between different building trades using tools like Autodesk Navisworks.
- Work with architects, project managers, and engineers to meet project schedules and standards
- Ensure all models and documentation follow local authority codes and submission guidelines.
- Update final digital assets and compile as-built records upon project completion.
Job Requirements
- Education: Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Services, or a related technical field.
- Software Skills: High proficiency in tools like Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Industry Experience: Usually 2 to 5+ years working in the construction or engineering sector.
- Communication: Good team player with strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
