Operations Integration Specialist
Position Summary
The job is responsible for leading and supporting high-priority, ad hoc, and cross-functional initiativesacross the organization. This role serves as a strategic problem-solver,partnering with departments to manage projects that fall outside routine business operations, address emerging challenges, and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, can quickly adapt to changing priorities, and excels at coordinating stakeholders to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by senior leadership.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts involving multiple departments to achieve organizational objectives.
- Analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables while managing risks and dependencies.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and business assessments to support decision-making.
- Facilitate meetings, gather stakeholder requirements, and ensure alignment across teams.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership on key milestones and outcomes.
- Support change management initiatives and organizational transformation efforts.
- Respond to urgent operational needs and emerging business priorities with agility and professionalism.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for executive review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in project management, business operations, consulting, or a similar role preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
