CLEANER

Job Summary

Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure client activity areas and hygiene facilities are safe, clean, and well-stocked, following safety protocols and supporting management with additional cleaning duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect furniture, handrails, door handles, and other high-touch surfaces daily to reduce contamination risks
• Maintain cleanliness of toilets, bathrooms, and hygiene areas to ensure sanitary conditions
• Dispose of waste safely and responsibly according to facility guidelines
• Replenish cleaning supplies and maintain inventory to support uninterrupted cleaning operations
• Follow critical facilities protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment
• Support ad-hoc cleaning tasks assigned by management promptly and efficiently
• Work independently with minimal supervision to complete assigned cleaning duties

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred to enhance task efficiency
• Bilingual communication skills preferred to facilitate clear interaction with clients and staff
• Responsible, reliable, and punctual work habits preferred
• Physically fit to carry out cleaning duties effectively
• Positive attitude and patience to interact respectfully with clients and staff
