Survey Operations & Data Analyst Lead

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am to 6pm
Responsibilities:
Operational Intelligence & Monitoring
- Develop and implement operational intelligence frameworks to support large-scale survey operations
- Monitor operational trends, collection performance, productivity patterns and data anomalies across projects
- Identify operational gaps, recurring issues and potential risk areas through data analysis and reporting
- Support preventive operational monitoring to improve collection quality and reduce downstream validation issues
- Generate operational insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
Dashboarding, Reporting & Data Analytics
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards, reporting structures and performance tracking tools
- Support management reporting through operational data analysis and visualisation
- Monitor collection trends, response rates, validation trends and operational performance indicators
- Provide operational forecasting and trend analysis to support planning and decision-making
- Improve reporting visibility and operational data accessibility across departments
Automation & System Improvement
- Support development of automation initiatives, validation logic and system-driven operational controls
- Work with coding specialists and analysts to develop scripts, tools and workflow enhancements
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual operational processes through automation and system optimisation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational workflows, reporting integration and platform utilisation
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Collection Operations, Validation, QS and Training teams to support operational improvements
- Support investigation of operational anomalies, data inconsistencies and recurring validation issues
- Assist operational teams in identifying root causes and preventive solutions
- Collaborate with management on implementation of operational improvement initiatives and future capability development
Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure accuracy, integrity and proper governance of operational reporting and monitoring processes
- Support implementation of operational best practices, preventive controls and data quality initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives relating to operational visibility, forecasting and intelligence capability
- Contribute towards long-term operational transformation and capability development efforts
