Contract: 6-month contract (renewable/convertible based on performance and business needs)
Working Hours:
• Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM


Summary:

This role is responsible for financial reporting and finance operations for subsidiaries and joint ventures under the company's fund management portfolio across multiple countries. You will prepare periodic financial reports, ensure compliance with audit, statutory and tax requirements, monitor financing covenants, and work closely with fund administrators, bookkeepers and internal stakeholders. The role also supports finance operations such as invoice verification, data validation and cash flow planning

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare timely periodic financial reports for subsidiaries and joint ventures under the funds management portfolio.
• Analyse financial data and provide insights to support business and investment decisions.
• Ensure compliance with audit, statutory and tax requirements across multiple jurisdictions, including Singapore, Taiwan, China, Australia, Korea and Japan.
• Monitor financing covenants for subsidiaries across the data centre and real estate sectors.
• Liaise with external fund administrators and local bookkeepers on financial reporting and operational matters.
• Partner with internal cross-functional teams to support finance and fund operations.
• Assist with finance operations, including invoice verification, data validation, cash flow planning and ad hoc record compilation.
• Support other finance-related projects and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Prior experience in fund management, financial consolidation or audit will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting principles.
• Hands-on, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different teams and stakeholders.
