Temp HR/Payroll Executive #HTJ

📍 Location: Central

💰 Salary: $3,500 – $4,000 per month

🕐 Working Hours: – 8:00am–5:30pm / 8:30am–6:00pm / 9:00am–6:30pm

Job Scope

- Support the end-to-end processing of two payroll cycles each month, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing.

- Perform payroll validation, reconciliation and checking before payroll submission.

- Assist with statutory payroll submissions

- Handle and respond to employees’ payroll-related enquiries professionally and promptly.

- Prepare payroll reports, payroll journals and reconciliation reports

- Support HRMS/payroll system testing, data validation and issue resolution following system migration or implementation.

- Provide additional payroll and HR administrative support as required.

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accountancy or a related discipline.

- Minimum 2 years of end-to-end payroll processing experience.

- Immediate availability / short notice is preferred.
