Resident Surveyor

We are looking for a skilled Resident Surveyor to lead andmanage all on-site surveying activities. The role involves ensuring accurateand timely execution of surveying tasks to support project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and manage all surveying activities on site.
• Schedule and coordinate daily surveying operations.
• Ensure that all measurements and readings are conducted accurately, efficiently, and within set timelines.
• Attend site meetings and work closely with clients on all land surveying matters.
• Conduct periodic site inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Support the construction team when necessary.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Land Surveyor.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience working on HDB projects.
• Must be a registered member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV).
