Partnership Manager

Salary: Up to $5,000 Basic + Commission

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new B2B partnership opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners
• Manage the full partnership cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and onboarding
• Develop proposals and partnership initiatives to drive revenue growth
• Grow existing partner accounts and identify upselling opportunities
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership initiatives
• Track partnership performance and provide regular updates

Requirements:

• Experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Channel Sales or B2B Sales
• Proven experience acquiring new corporate clients or partners
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills
• Comfortable with new business development and prospecting
• Able to manage partnerships independently from acquisition to execution
