Supply Assurance Buyer | $3,500–$5,000 | 1-Year Contract
📍 Location: Kaki Bukit
📄 Contract: 1 Year
💰 Salary: $3,500–$5,000/month
🕘 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
🌴 Annual Leave: 15 days
💻 ERP: SAP required
🎁 Bonus: No completion bonus / AWS / additional bonus
• Execute MRP supply activities, forecasts and exception reports
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure delivery commitments meet production requirements
• Expedite deliveries and resolve material shortages to prevent production disruptions
• Manage quality notifications, engineering / change requests and supplier returns
• Follow up on goods receipts and invoice discrepancies
• Maintain accurate purchasing and supply chain data
• Ensure compliance with established procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and support optimisation of inventory holdings
• Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure uninterrupted material supply
