Job Summary

Develop and maintain technical drawings and specifications to support construction projects, collaborating with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate documentation and submission approvals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dimensional and non-dimensional drawings for project layouts to support construction planning
• Revise technical drawings based on instructions and comments from engineers to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Create computer-generated drawings including cable detection drawings, isometrics, details, plans, schedules, and data sheets for project documentation
• Coordinate and prepare technical specifications in collaboration with Project Managers and Engineers to facilitate drawing submissions and approvals
• Maintain organized document control and filing systems to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with project requirements
• Perform additional related duties as assigned by supervisors to support project needs and team objectives

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or equivalent as stated: "Diploma/ Degree in Architecture/ Civil Engineering or equivalent"
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office for creating and managing technical drawings and documentation
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry to effectively perform core duties
