Project Engineer

Project Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing engineering projects from concept through completion. They work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate engineering projects from initiation to completion

• Review project plans, specifications, and technical documents

• Collaborate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation

• Prepare cost estimates and technical reports

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies

• Conduct site visits and inspections when required

• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams

• Track project progress and prepare status updates for stakeholders

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)

• 3–5+ years of relevant project engineering experience (varies by industry)

• Strong knowledge of project management principles

• Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, or industry-specific tools)

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication and leadership abilities

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
