📍 Location: Ubi / Multiple Locations
📄 Employment: Contract under RE Headcount
💰 Basic Salary: $2,500–$2,800/month
➕ Laundry Allowance: $30/month
💵 OT: Payable

🕘 Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 8.00am – 5.00pm
• Saturday: 8.00am – 12.00pm
• 5.5-day work week

🚗 Operations + Driving Opportunity

Looking for a Class 3 licensed driver who is comfortable with both vehicle operations and backend administrative coordination.

This is a good opportunity for experienced drivers who want to move into a more structured operations / fleet support role while still making use of their driving experience.

🔧 What You'll Be Doing

Vehicle Operations
• Coordinate delivery and collection of vehicles for servicing, repairs and rental activities
• Deliver and collect vehicles for servicing and maintenance
• Arrange vehicles for annual statutory inspections
• Check vehicle cleanliness and condition before customer handover
• Identify vehicles due for servicing or maintenance and coordinate schedules

📋 Customer & Handover Support
• Ensure completed repairs are in line with approved quotations and reported issues are resolved before handover
• Follow up on outstanding issues and provide timely updates
• Ensure all required documents are completed and signed before vehicle handover
• Assist customers with accident report submissions
• Report vehicle incidents or damages promptly

📊 Administration & Records
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements and replacement details
• Record customer acknowledgements
• Track daily petrol consumption
• Provide daily updates on task completion and work status
• Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned
