Project Manager (GenAI/Compliance)

ABOUT THE JOB

You will lead compliance technology transformation programs while driving the implementation of Generative AI solutions across business functions.

• Manage delivery of Gen AI and Compliance Technology initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams across business and technology domains.
• Drive AI use case implementation from concept through deployment.
• Manage project governance, planning, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with business, risk, compliance, and technology stakeholders.
• Support AI adoption, change management, and business readiness activities.
• Ensure solutions meet regulatory, security, and compliance requirements.

ABOUT YOU

• ·Degree holder
• At least 10 years experience in banking/financial services and 5 years as a Technical Project Manager
• Proven delivery of AI, Digital Transformation, or Automation initiatives.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs.
• Generative AI, LLM, Machine Learning, or AI platform delivery experience.
• Compliance or Regulatory Technology experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Team player with strong ownership and ability to drive outcomes across cross-functional teams
