PLUMBING AND SANITARY QUANTITY SURVEYOR

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities, cost estimates, and project budgeting.

• Conduct price comparisons and prepare detailed costing summaries

• Monitor project costs, track variations, and ensure cost control throughout the project.

• Prepare and submit progress claims, assess progress payments, and handle final account settlements.

• Liaise with consultants, architects, developers, and contractors on claims certification and project matters.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant engineering or construction-related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant QS experience in M&E projects (Singapore).

• Experience in both pre-contract and post-contract duties
• Familiar with cost control, claims, and contract administration
