Havaianas Senior Retail Associate

You will manage daily store operations at our Havaianas store, lead part time staff, and deliver excellent customer service that reflects the fun, vibrant Havaianas brand experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting Havaianas retail environment
• Demonstrate expert product knowledge across the Havaianas range to assist customers and support sales efforts
• Train and guide part time staff to confidently sell Havaianas products and deliver excellent customer service from their first day
• Resolve customer queries and feedback effectively, including handling complex sales conversations
• Collaborate with management on stock management, store operations, and other store needs
• Take ownership of the store's performance and lead by example to motivate team members

Preferred Competencies and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle sectors
• Genuine appreciation for the Havaianas brand and its casual, colorful lifestyle positioning
• Ability to work independently and take initiative without close supervision
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage customers warmly and confidently
• Reliable and consistent work ethic that inspires trust and followership among colleagues
• Pride in maintaining a high quality store environment and customer experience
