They are seeking high-potential graduates and early-career professionals for their flagship Global Management Associate Programme, designed to develop future business leaders through cross-functional rotations, international exposure and senior executive mentorship.

E-Commerce & Digital Financial Services

Potential exposure includes product management, business intelligence, operations, marketing, partnerships, cross-border e-commerce, risk and compliance.

Digital Entertainment & Gaming

Potential exposure includes game design, product management, artificial intelligence, operations, marketing and esports.

What You Will Do

• Analyse business performance and recommend practical solutions

• Support the development and improvement of digital products and user experiences

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business growth

• Collaborate with regional product, technology, operations and commercial teams

• Lead cross-functional projects under the guidance of senior management

Requirements

• Prospective or recent graduate with a recognised bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline

• No more than two years of full-time working experience by the end of the application window

• Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Demonstrated leadership through internships, projects, co-curricular activities or community involvement

• Entrepreneurial, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-moving environment

• Effective communicator and collaborative team player

• Open to local and overseas rotations based on business requirements

• Genuine interest in technology and the selected business track
