Traffic Controller

Job Description:

- Manage and lead a team of prime mover drivers

- Plan and assign transport jobs to drivers

- Monitor trucking progress to ensure timely delivery and compliance with customer SLAs

- Communicate with drivers and handle their feedback and concerns

- Coordinate closely with customer service for all customer's trucking

- Ensure all drivers adhere to all safety regulations at all times

- Perform any other duties as assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

- Candidates with no prior working experience are also welcome to apply, with a willingness to learn

- Able to work well in a team, proactive, and self-motivated

- Proficient in both English and Mandarin

- Able to start work at short notice
