We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Assistant to join our team and support our growing warehouse operations.

What You'll Do

• 📦 Receive, check and organise incoming goods and deliveries.
• 🛒 Pick, pack and prepare orders accurately for delivery.
• 🚚 Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required.
• 📋 Perform stock counts and help maintain accurate inventory records.
• 🗂️ Keep products properly arranged and the warehouse neat and organised.
• 🔍 Check goods for quantity, condition and accuracy during receiving and packing.
• 🧹 Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• 🤝 Work closely with the warehouse and operations team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• 💪 Support other warehouse duties and ad-hoc tasks when required.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum secondary education or equivalent.
• Able to speak Mandarin to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking suppliers and vendors.
• Physically fit and comfortable with a hands-on role involving lifting and moving goods.
• Responsible, reliable and willing to learn.
• Good team player with a positive working attitude.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks responsibly.
• Warehouse or inventory experience is an advantage, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Punctual, disciplined and committed to completing tasks accurately.
