Patient Service Associate / Clinic Assistant (Permanent Part-time)

We’re a friendly medical clinic in Yishun (shuttle bus available from Yishun Interchange) looking for caring and responsible team members to join us!

Job Responsibilities:

You will play an important role in supporting our clinic’s daily operations, including:

• Register patients & handle phone/walk-in enquiries
• Dispense medication & process payments
• Assist doctor during simple procedures (e.g. chaperoning, setting up equipment, performing vision tests and urine tests, preparing lab tubes/forms and taking vital signs)
• Submit CHAS/PG/HSG/Medisave claims
• Maintain cleanliness & order in clinic
• Pack/top up medications and supplies

Requirements:

• Must be able to work at least 2 weekday mornings and 1 weekend morning
• Able to work occasional additional shifts when required, including weekday nights and weekend mornings, with flexibility to cover colleagues' shifts when available
• Applicants with, or currently pursuing, GCE 'A' Levels, IB, Diploma or equivalent qualifications
• No experience required — training provided
• Good computer skills and customer service skills
• A team player with humility, responsibility and a strong work ethic
