E-Commerce Warehouse Assistant

- We sell exclusively online through leadingmarketplaces and our own website, and we're looking for a reliable,organised and hands-on Warehouse & E-Commerce Fulfilment Assistant tojoin our growing team.

About the Role

You will play an important role in ensuring our warehouse is well maintained, inventory is properly managed, and customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, takes pride inkeeping things organised, and wants to be part of a growing e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Inventory

- Maintain the warehouse in a clean, safe, organised, and operational condition

- Ensure products are stored properly and easily accessible for fulfilment

- Receive incoming stock and check quantities and product condition

- Perform regular stock counts and assist with inventory reconciliation

- Monitor stock condition and report damaged, missing, or low-stock items

- Ensure proper stock rotation and minimise product damage or wastage

Order Fulfilment

- Pick products accurately according to customer orders

- Pack orders securely and appropriately for delivery

- Check order contents, quantities, and delivery information before dispatch

- Prepare completed orders for courier collection or delivery

- Ensure urgent and same-day orders are prioritised where required

- Handle returned or undelivered orders and return stock to the appropriate location

General Operations

- Assist with receiving, loading, and unloading goods when required

- Maintain proper housekeeping and workplace safety standards

- Support other warehouse and logistics activities as required

- Flag order or stock discrepancies to your supervisor

Skills & Experience We're Looking For

Experience

- Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, ore-commerce fulfilment is a plus, but not required

- On-the-job training provided for candidates new to warehouse work

Skills

- Basic computer literacy for order processing andinventory entry

- Comfortable learning simple inventory/order systems (we use BigSeller)

- Good attention to detail and accuracy when picking, packing, and counting stock

- Able to follow instructions and work well aspart of a team

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude

Physical Requirements

- Physically fit and able to lift/move cartons and cases of bottles

- Comfortable standing, walking, and staying active throughout the working day

- Able to work efficiently during busy/peak order periods
