Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test secure software solutions and components to meet project requirements
• Apply knowledge of full stack or specialized programming languages and frameworks such as JAVA, C, C++, Python, or others to deliver functional software
• Utilize compilation, code building, and continuous integration tools to maintain efficient software development cycles
• Demonstrate understanding of Information Systems computing platforms, operating systems, and hypervisors to support software deployment and performance
• Apply Agile principles to collaborate effectively within teams and adapt to changing project needs
• React and adapt promptly to changes in project scope or technology requirements to ensure timely delivery
• Collaborate as a proactive team player while also working independently to achieve empowerment and ownership of tasks

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Master’s degree from an Engineering school with approximately 2 years of relevant experience including professional work, internships, academic projects, or personal initiatives such as GitHub contributions or Meetups
• Resourcefulness, innovation, and solution-oriented mindset to overcome technical challenges and improve software quality
• Strong interpersonal skills to contribute positively within a team and foster a collaborative work environment
