Join a dedicated digital solutions team to deliver end-to-end e-commerce platform support, functional enhancements, and operational maintenance.

• Execute system test scripts, manage user acceptance testing, and track resolution workflows for enterprise commerce updates.

• Produce comprehensive functional documentation, workflow diagrams, and technical user guides for business stakeholders.

• Oversee multi-market platform operations, investigate functional anomalies, and coordinate resolution with internal technology units.

• Support integration, configuration, and go-live activities for ongoing digital commerce enhancement initiatives.

• Monitor operational health to identify opportunities for workflow automation and continuous platform optimization.

skills and experience required.

• Practical background in technical application support, quality assurance, or platform administration for enterprise digital store environments.

• Hands-on experience creating technical documentation, executing quality assurance test cases, and managing system defect lifecycles.

• Proven ability to analyze system diagnostics, execute root-cause analysis, and liaise across multi-disciplinary operational streams.
