We are looking for driven and passionate individuals to join a Management Associate Programme within the gaming industry. This programme is designed for individuals who are keen to build their career in a fast-paced technology and gaming environment, with exposure across different business functions and projects.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in a structured Management Associate programme with exposure to key business functions within the gaming business.
• Support the planning and execution of gaming-related projects, campaigns and business initiatives.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify gaming trends, user behaviour and growth opportunities.
• Analyse business and operational data and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Marketing, Product and Business Development.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving user engagement, operational efficiency and business performance.
• Assist with project coordination, reporting, presentations and stakeholder management.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and contribute ideas to improve existing processes and initiatives.
• Gain exposure to regional markets and the broader digital entertainment and gaming ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong interest in the gaming, technology or digital entertainment industry.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable taking ownership of projects.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Prior internship, project or extracurricular experience in gaming, technology, e-commerce or digital businesses would be advantageous.
