Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician (Field Service) provides onsite preventive and corrective maintenance for security and surveillance systems at customer locations, ensuring optimal system performance and customer satisfaction through troubleshooting, repairs, testing, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled maintenance of security systems at customer sites
• Troubleshoot and fix issues with CCTV, access control, PA, alarm, and other security systems
• Replace faulty parts and perform repairs when needed
• Test systems after maintenance or repair to ensure they are working properly
• Inspect equipment and check system condition to prevent future problems
• Prepare service reports and record work completed
• Report recurring issues and suggest improvements
• Follow safety procedures and customer site requirements at all times
• Keep work areas clean and safe during onsite servicing

• Physically fit for onsite work
• Training provided
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence is an advantage
