Job Summary

Manage and coordinate the production and delivery of high-quality BIM models and construction documents, ensuring accuracy and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle to support construction and design requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the production of quality BIM models and construction documents with minimal supervision to meet project standards
• Deliver fully coordinated federated BIM models in agreed formats to support project workflows
• Assist the BIM Manager in implementing BIM processes and updating BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure BIM models include correct parameters and attributes for accurate base quantification and 4D simulation
• Collaborate with project teams and departments to verify all drawings comply with design requirements
• Coordinate with consultants, specialist subcontractors (SWCs), and subcontractors to ensure model alignment
• Utilize BIM for coordination, sequencing, constructability reviews, and as-built documentation
• Review design and fabrication models and drawings to identify discrepancies and improvements
• Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts within BIM models to prevent construction issues
• Conduct quality control checks before releasing and exchanging BIM models to maintain accuracy

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Civil & Structural, Architectural, Mechanical & Electrical, or Building Services disciplines
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in BIM or related fields
• Formal training or certification in BIM or equivalent modelling techniques
• Proficiency in BIM/Revit for Architectural, Structural, Reinforcement, and MEP modelling, and Navisworks
• Experience in BIM coordination using Autodesk or Bentley software
