Purchasing Executive

UC Industry is an automotive components trading company (connectors and electronic components) built on over 10 years of expertise from our Korean headquarters. Through our European entity, UC Industry GmbH, located near Frankfurt, Germany, we supply European automotive component suppliers. We are now establishing our Singapore entity as the APAC hub and are looking for motivated team members to grow with us.

Please note: As a newly established branch, we will initially operate with a small team,we appreciate your understanding.

Please note that most of work will be Europe-related business, not Singapore domestic business.

Position: Operational duties including purchase order management, imports, and quotation sourcing

Openings: 1 position

Location: Singapore (office location to be confirmed)

Employment Type: Probation period of 3–6 months depending on experience, followed by conversion to permanent employment (no difference in salary or benefits during probation)

Expected Start Date: Mid to late September 2026 (negotiable)

Requirements

Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents

Fluency in English is required

Proficiency in German and/or Korean is a plus

Proficiency in MS Office

Experience in trading, purchasing, or logistics preferred; fresh graduates welcome

Does not matter with the degree, but please mention educational history on the resume.

Working Conditions

Salary: To be discussed (please indicate expected salary in your resume)

Working hours: 5 days/week, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM (aligned with European business hours) / Meal breaks (30 minutes to 1 hour) can be provided outside of working hours upon request.

Annual leave: 15 days, increasing to 17 days after 2 years of service and by 1 day each year thereafter (capped at 20 days)

Additional 5 days of paid summer leave in August (designated dates announced annually)

Salaries can be discussed based on experience.
