Channel Marketing Manager (Maternity cover)

Responsibilities:

• Drive SMB Networking channel engagement through regional programs and promotional initiatives.
• Execute the Company Networking Instant On exit strategy across APJ in alignment with global SMB direction.
• Monitor and report on APAC/APJ SMB Development Fund utilization, ensuring compliance with funding guidelines.
• Keep regional teams informed of the latest SMB campaigns, programs, and marketing assets.
• Plan and execute approved APJ SMB events in collaboration with SMB Sales and Marketing teams.
• Develop customer success stories and case studies.
• Promote company program, including Services and Financial Services offerings, through partner and distributor activities.
• Support global SMB Marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects as required.

Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in marketing, channel marketing, or SMB-focused roles.
• Strong understanding of partner and distributor Development Fund (DF) processes.
• Proven experience in event planning and execution.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for working in a lean, agile team and driving impactful marketing programs.
