SERVICE CREW (FOH – BAR ENVIRONMENT)

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Service Crew to join our vibrant bar team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and attend to customers professionally
• Take food & beverage orders accurately
• Serve alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the outlet
• Provide excellent customer service
• Handle billing and cashiering duties

Requirements:

• Mandarin-speaking preferred (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers)
• Well-groomed, presentable, and confident personality
• Friendly, outgoing and service-oriented
• Able to work night shifts, weekends & public holidays
• Prior F&B / bar experience is an advantage
• Possess valid Food & Beverage Hygiene Certificate (mandatory)
