About this job
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and Bills of Quantities (BQ) for M&E works.
- Review drawings, specifications, tender documents, and project requirements.
- Prepare and evaluate tenders, quotations, and subcontractor packages.
- Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Manage progress claims, payment certifications, and valuations.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow, and expenditure.
Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building, M&E Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in M&E quantity surveying
