-Source and purchase items through online and physical stores
-Compare prices and obtain quotations
-Place orders and monitor delivery status
-Check received items against orders
-Maintain simple purchasing records and receipts
-Assist with general administrative duties
Requirements
-Comfortable with online shopping platforms and basic computer usage
-Good at using taobao, pdd, shopee and others
-Able to compare prices and communicate with suppliers
-Careful, responsible and organised
-Previous purchasing or administrative experience is helpful
-Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
