Research Engineer (Inspection), ARTC

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop the fixtures for sensor or vision systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new inspection solutions.
• Analyze and optimize inspection system performance through the data quality.
• Troubleshoot and debug sensor or optical-related issues in inspection systems.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• Be familiar with mechanical design
• Have knowledge of getting data from sensor like camera, Arduino, strain gauge, etc.
• Knowledge with camera, lens and lighting will be an advantage
• Be familiar with using Microsoft Office software, especially excel for data processing.
• Knowledge with programming will be an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good communication skills.
• Have a strong work ethic, and able to work on own initiative. Team player, communicate efficiently, be flexible and details oriented.
