Production cum Admin Executive

• Assist Production Manager in daily production and administrative activities
• Coordinate production planning, scheduling and production updates
• Monitor finished goods and raw material inventory, including purchase orders
• Coordinate machine maintenance and spare parts ordering
• Liaise with internal departments on orders and product delivery ETA
• Assist in supervising production staff and maintaining production floor standards
• Support ISO audits, documentation and record maintenance
• Handle general administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Min 2 years experience handling Production Administrative
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central will be an advantage
• Working Location: Loyang (Nearest MRT: Pasir Ris)
• Working Hours: 5 days work week (Mon to Fri 830am - 545pm), Half Day work on Sat every once in 4 weeks
• Salary: Up to $3500
• Able to start work immediate or on short notice
