Mint Technology is the technology and ICT division of the wider Mint Group, a Singapore-headquartered building services business with operations across Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.

The Mint Group has established itself as a regional contractor delivering projects across the commercial, data centre, hospitality, retail, laboratory, industrial and workplace sectors. Our services span mechanical and electrical engineering, ICT, structured cabling, ELV systems and associated technology infrastructure.

Mint Technology is entering an important stage of its development. Building on an established Singapore operation, existing client relationships and technical delivery capabilities, our objective is to develop the business into a leading regional ICT and technology infrastructure contractor.

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Managing Director to take overall responsibility for Mint Technology in Singapore and play a leading role in the continued growth of the business across the region.

The Role

The Managing Director will have overall responsibility for the commercial, operational and strategic performance of Mint Technology, reporting to the Group Board and working closely with the senior management teams of Mint Building Services and the wider Mint Group.

This is a hands-on leadership position requiring someone who can combine business development, commercial management, operational delivery and team leadership.

The successful candidate will inherit an established platform but will be expected to significantly grow the business, strengthen existing customer relationships, develop new markets and build the management and delivery structure required to support future regional expansion.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate is likely to have significant senior management experience within the ICT, structured cabling, ELV, technology infrastructure, data centre or building services sector.

This position would suit someone who wants more than simply to manage an established operation.

We are looking for an individual who wants to build and grow a business, develop a strong management team, deepen customer relationships and establish Mint Technology as a recognised regional technology infrastructure contractor.

The successful candidate will have considerable autonomy in developing the company, supported by the financial resources, customer relationships, regional operations and wider capabilities of the Mint Group.

This represents an opportunity to play a central role in the next phase of Mint Technology's development and to grow alongside the wider Mint Group as we continue our expansion throughout Southeast Asia.
