Key Responsibilities

• Inspect/test components and products against specifications, drawings and QC checklists
• Document inspection results and update records in SAP
• Conduct inspection of supplier FAI (First Article Inspection) samples
• Raise Quality Notifications in SAP for non-conforming products
• Support documentation and administrative tasks, including DHR collation
• Ensure all inspection activities comply with quality requirements

Job Requirements

• Minimum Secondary School qualification or equivalent
• Manufacturing experience preferred, ideally 2 years or more
• Experience inspecting mechanical, electrical or PCBA components using engineering drawings/specifications
• Comfortable using inspection tools such as vernier caliper, micrometer, smartscope, pipette, microscope or eye loupe
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is an advantage
• Laboratory experience is an advantage
• Detail-oriented with good documentation and record-keeping skills
