Nurse to UHNW (Home Care)

Working Hours: 5 Days / Week (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM), rostered including weekends

Salary: Highly competitive and negotiable based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Daily Care: Manage and plan the overall physical and medical well-being of the patient.

• Medical Monitoring: Conduct regular health checks, including glucose and blood pressure monitoring.

• Rehabilitation & Mobility: Motivate and safely assist the patient with walking and daily exercises.

• Lifestyle & Dietary Management: Calculate daily caloric intake and ensure proper food and water consumption.

• Travel Accompaniment: Provide full medical and physical care while traveling overseas with the patient (roughly once every 2 months).

• Flexibility: Cover occasional night shifts if the primary nighttime caregiver is on leave or unwell.

Candidate Requirements:

• Clinical Background: Minimum of 5 years of proven nursing experience, with direct bedside care in Oncology, Hematology, or Neurology wards.

• Attributes: Caring, patient, and engaging personality with a positive attitude.

• Willing to work on weekends (roster schedule).

• Able to travel overseas with the patient (roughly every 2 months).

• Must have bedside experience.
