Policy Servicing Officer (Entry Level, Fresh Graduates Friendly)

Responsibilities:

• Handle policy amendments, renewals, cancellations, reinstatements, assignments, nominations, and other policy-related transactions.
• Process customer and intermediary requests accurately and within established service standards and turnaround times.
• Respond to enquiries from policyholders, agents, financial advisers, and other stakeholders through email, phone, and other communication channels.
• Review and verify submitted forms and supporting documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Liaise with relevant internal departments, insurers, and third-party stakeholders to resolve policy servicing issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline preferred.
• Previous experience/internship in insurance policy administration, policy servicing, customer service, or financial services is an advantage.
