Strategic Sourcing Manager (NPD) |Semiconductor

Our client is a well-established MNC specializing in advanced semiconductor and manufacturing technology solutions. Due to business expansion, they are looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead supply chain strategies and project management for New Product Development (NPD) initiatives.

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00am – 5:30pm (Flexible Working Hours)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and supply chain activities for New Product Development (NPD) projects
• Drive project planning, supplier management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams
• Manage new product introduction (NPI), supplier performance, and manufacturing readiness to ensure successful product launches
• Develop project governance, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across global supply chain operations
• Lead cross-functional project teams and provide regular project updates to senior management

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
• PMP Certification is mandatory
• Strong project management experience in NPD/NPI, supply chain, or PMO environments
• Experience managing cross-functional technical projects and supplier relationships
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, or Salesforce is an advantage
• Willing to travel within Southeast Asia, East Asia, and other countries when required
