Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business and revenue objectives.
• Plan and manage digital marketing activities, including social media, content marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Oversee the company’s brand positioning, messaging, and marketing materials to ensure consistency across all channels.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, events, promotions, and partnerships.
• Manage external agencies, vendors, media partners, and other marketing-related suppliers.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost efficiency.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on key marketing metrics and results.
• Work closely with the Business Development, Sales, Operations, and other internal teams to support business growth.
• Identify new marketing opportunities and recommend initiatives to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably with experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content creation, advertising, and campaign management.
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good understanding of market research, customer behaviour, and competitor analysis.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with common digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Creative, proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
