Operations Crew (Full-Time) (Singaporean/PR Only)

About the Role

As a Full-Time Operations Crew at Anywheel, you will be a key player in ensuring our bicycles remain accessible, safe, and well-distributed across Singapore. You will work closely with our operations team to maintain service quality, support daily deployment, and contribute to a smoother, more sustainable urban mobility experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities

• Relocate strayed bicycles from non-designated zones to LTA-approved parking stations.
• Organize and arrange bicycles neatly at parking stations for ease of use and accessibility.
• Strategically deploy bicycles across assigned areas to optimize availability and ridership.
• Conduct basic maintenance and operational checks on bicycles (training provided).
• Consolidate and tag spoilt bicycles at designated collection points for drivers to pick up.
• Assist in special clearance operations, such as:
• - Clearing excessive bicycles from high-density areas.
• - Supporting urgent deployment or event-related operations.
• Provide on-ground feedback and updates to the operations team to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Able to ride a bicycle confidently.
• Comfortable working in outdoor environments.
• Physically fit and able to move/carry bicycles weighing up to 20 KG.
• Owns a mobile device with a data plan for operational updates.
• Independent, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Positive working attitude and willingness to be part of a dynamic team.
• Singaporean/Singapore Permanent Resident.

Details

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Working Days: 5 days per week (including weekends and public holidays on rotation if needed)
• Location: Islandwide (based on deployment needs) / Central Side / West Side
• Attire: Uniform will be provided; covered shoes required
• Training: Comprehensive training provided (bicycle operations & maintenance)
