Senior Executive, Strategy

Support the Strategy unit of CEO’s Office in strategic planning and implementation, corporate performance management and tracking functions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Facilitate the planning, implementation and monitor progress of SLH’s strategy
• Organise the annual strategic workplan retreats for SLH
• Curate, analyse and contextualise reports on healthcare and industry trends for SLH strategic planning
• Assist to formulate the SLH internal performance report, which documents the progress and performance of SLH’s current strategies and its forward strategic direction and plans
• Provide administrative support to develop and operationalise SLH’s strategic plans
• Track and monitor SLH’s Organisational Performance Indicators and Key Hospital Performance Indicators
• Work with stakeholders to implement new strategic initiatives
• Assist in progress tracking and improvement plans for SLH’s strategic initiatives
• Tracking of performance and fund utilisation of strategic initiatives funded by the Community Silver Trust (CST) Fund

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Science or related field, with a preference for healthcare experience
• At least 3 years of work experience in administrative role and /or project planning and implementation, preferably in the healthcare sector
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (specifically with Excel and PowerPoint)
• Effective communication and presentation skills (oral & written)
• Good interpersonal skills
