Senior Civil & Structural Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large, complex civil and structural projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Oversee coordination between all project teams, contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Develop, implement, and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring the effective use of materials, equipment, and labor
• Ensure that resources are available and used efficiently to meet project goals and deadlines
• Coordinate and communicate with regulatory bodies, ensuring all necessary permits and approvals are obtained

Job Requirements :

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, with a strong background in project coordination and management
• Ability to manage project budgets, timelines and resources effectively
• Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling and resource management
• High attention to detail, particularly in reviewing technical documentation and ensuring compliance
• Focused on achieving project goals, addressing issues before they escalate, and meeting deadlines
