TAX EXECUTIVE

Tax Accounting & Reporting：

*Generate and issue Performa invoices and related billing which would require GST adjustments.

*Reconcile and prepare quarterly GST filings and refund claims, ensuring accuracy prior to final submission by the external tax agent.

*Coordinate with tax agents on Corporate Income Tax (CIT), including ECI, Witholding tax, stamp duty, transfer pricing and Pillar II.

*Maintain accurate tax records and documentation for audits and IRAS compliance.

*Ensure compliance with tax regulations and stay updated on policy changes.

* Any other tax compliance matters, and ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements (Tax):

* Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, tax or related field or equivalent qualification.

* 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience (preferably with exposure to GST, and corporate tax).

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (SAP).

* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

* Detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills

* Prior experience working in China owned companies or cross-border trade companies is preferred (but not compulsory)

* Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

* Proficiency in English is required; ability to communicate in Chinese will be an advantage for liaising with HQ in China.
