About the Role
Join our team as a Management Executive where you will support the day-to-day management and operationsof our coffee service. This role combines hands-on coffee operations with inventory management, stock planning, operational coordination and support for company coffee cart events.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day coffee bar operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare and serve coffee and non-coffee beverages in accordance with company quality standards and SOPs.
- Manage stock ordering, inventory levels and replenishment to ensure sufficient supplies while minimising wastage.
- Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Monitor product quality, operational standards, cleanliness and compliance with company procedures.
- Handle cashiering, ordering and other operational administrative duties where required.
- Prepare and serve simple hot food items in accordance with food safety and company standards.
- Deliver professional customer service and handle day-to-day customer or operational matters.
- Support the execution of company coffee cart events, including on-site coffee preparation, beverage service and ensuring smooth coffee service operations.
- Coordinate with the Operations team on event requirements, stock, equipment and other operational arrangements.
- Assist with other operational and administrative responsibilities as required.
Working Hours
- 6-day work week
- Working days and hours will be scheduled according to operational requirements.
- Weekend work is required, including support for scheduled coffee cart events.

Requirements
- Barista experience with good knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
- Experience in stock ordering, inventory management or operational coordination is preferred.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage day-to-day operational responsibilities independently.
- Pleasant, responsible and proactive with a positive working attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work weekends and support events according to operational requirements.
