Senior Engineer

Main Responsibilities

1. Support the design, development, testing, and improvement of engineering systems, equipment, products, or processes.

2. Conduct technical analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and performance evaluation to ensure requirements are met.

3. Assist with equipment installation, integration, commissioning, maintenance, and production support.

4. Identify technical issues, determine root causes, and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.

5. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, test reports, work instructions, and project records.

6. Participate in engineering projects and support their timely and effective delivery.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to support operational and business needs.

8. Ensure engineering activities comply with applicable quality, safety, and company requirements.

9. Perform other engineering-related duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or a related discipline.

2. Relevant experience in engineering, manufacturing, equipment, product development, or a related technical environment is preferred.

3. Basic knowledge of engineering principles, technical analysis, testing, and problem-solving methods.

4. Familiarity with relevant engineering software, tools, equipment, or programming languages is an advantage.

5. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

6. Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

7. Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

8. Good written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage for collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
