EVENTS EXECUTIVE [PPS2-001-09]

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of corporate events and activations from initial concept and creative planning right through to flawless on-ground execution
• Coordinate all event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor management, catering, audiovisual requirements, and transportation
• Work closely with internal teams and clients to develop event concepts that are fully aligned with brand objectives and business goals
• Keep events on track and on budget by managing timelines, deliverables, and resources with precision and accountability
• Handle event registrations, guest lists, and on-site coordination to deliver a consistently seamless attendee experience
• Serve as the central point of contact for vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication throughout
• Gather post-event feedback from clients and attendees to evaluate success and surface practical improvement recommendations
• Prepare clear event documentation including contracts, run sheets, schedules, and comprehensive post-event summary reports

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Energetic and passionate about events and client engagement
• Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
