Shipping Specialist – Global MNC | Export & Logistics

International Shipping | Letter of Credit | Dangerous Goods

Join a leading global manufacturing MNC with an established presence across Asia Pacific. You will coordinate domestic and international shipments, prepare export documentation and ensure timely delivery while complying with customs and trade regulations.

Location:West
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary: Up to $4,100 basic + AWS + VB (** Comprehensive medical benefit)

Job Duties:

• Coordinate local and international shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and review export documents, including invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading and Certificates of Origin.
• Manage Letter of Credit documentation and ensure compliance with banking requirements.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers and internal teams on shipment arrangements.
• Monitor deliveries and resolve shipping delays, documentation errors or customs clearance issues.
• Ensure compliance with Incoterms, Dangerous Goods regulations, customs laws and international trade requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
• Min 2 years of experience in shipping, export logistics or international trade.
• Hands-on experience preparing shipping and Letter of Credit documentation.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, Dangerous Goods, customs regulations and trade compliance.
