Job Description
- Provide day-to-day technical support to staff
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and general IT issues
- Support internet, Wi-Fi and network connectivity problems
- Set up, configure and maintain computers, printers, email accounts and software applications
- Maintain IT equipment inventory and coordinate with vendors when required
- Provide IT administrative work
Requirements
- Diploma or relevant qualification in IT, Computer Science or related field
- Experience in IT support, helpdesk or a similar role
- Basic knowledge of hardware, software, networking and Microsoft Office or Microsoft 365
- Able to troubleshoot issues efficiently and work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, organized and service-oriented
